Operating a card-liquidity service across West Africa means we hold balances on behalf of users. Here is how we keep those balances safe.

  • Separated Balances: Payouts waiting to be withdrawn sit in a dedicated escrow account at our partner bank, ring-fenced from day-to-day operations and checked every 24 hours.
  • Identity & Source Checks: Above a threshold we verify the holder's identity and ask for a valid purchase receipt, so stolen balances are flagged before settlement.
  • Reversal Window: If a card turns out to be already redeemed or region-locked, raise a ticket within 48 hours and we will pause payout while we investigate.
  • Market Risk Notice: Quotes move with demand, denomination, and network congestion. A rate quoted now may shift before settlement; confirm before locking.
